A luxury detached villa built in 2007. It is part of the Colina da Atalia exclusive gated estate just outside the historical city of Lagos. The estate comprises of just 12 independent villas with private gardens and barbecues. As well as a private heated pool, there is a huge communal pool surrounded by lawned areas. This villa is air conditioned throughout, has underfloor heating and has been furnished and equipped to the very highest of standards.
The estate is accessed via remote controlled electric gates. There is ample private parking including a car port just outside the villa. The ground floor of the property comprises of :-
• Entrance Hall : With stairs going to the first floor and archway leading into the sitting area. Here there is a guest wc.
• Kitchen : Fully fitted and equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Full range of crockery, cutlery and glassware. A back door leads out to the private barbecue area with table and chairs.
• Sitting / dining room : This spacious area has 3 sets of sliding windows leading out to the garden. The dining area has a full size table with seats for 8. There are 2 settees, sky TV, music system, fly nets and electric shutters to the windows.
• Twin Bedroom : With doors out to the lawn, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs there is :-
• Double bedroom : With doors out to sunbathing balcony, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room
• Twin bedroom . With doors to sunny balcony, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
The nearest beach is Porto do Mos which is a 5 minute drive away. It has three restaurants and km’s of golden sand. There are probably 20 beaches within 15km. They range from huge expanses such as Meia Praia, to intimate coves like Canavial. The ocean is safe and clean. For more adventurous bathing the beaches of the West coast are around 40km away.
Golf
Boavista championship course is 50m away and the villa has fairway views. Parque da Floresta and Palmares courses are with 20km. Further afield there is a selection of more than 30 courses.
Travel
The villa is 45 minutes of motorway driving away from Faro airport. Its best to hire a car. I can arrange for it to be waiting at the airport for you, and can offer very good rates.
