The Agreement

The Agreement is made between the advertiser (“seller”, “agent”, “landlord”, “you”, “your”) and HOLIDAYPROPERTYRENTAL.COM (“We”, “Our”). The agreement is subject to the following Terms & Conditions of use, which you are deemed to accept by using the website.

Property Listings are accepted and published on the basis of these Terms & Conditions.

Our Responsibilities

We will publish your Property Listing asap but usually with the week on Holiday Property Rental.
We will at certain times advertise your property on other property websites at no additional charge / cost to yourselves.
We have no involvement in the negotiation between advertiser, agent, tenant or third party.
We will not disclose your personal details to any third party without your permission unless we are required to do so by law. We will only publish the personal details you select as part of your Property Listing, and if required compliment your property listing with further details from your web site. We will endeavor to protect the confidentiality of our advertisers.
We do not accept responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of information supplied and published by advertisers. We have no means of verifying the information supplied by advertisers. We do not accept liability for inaccurate information.
We will, to the best of our efforts, ensure that the web site Holiday Property Rental is available at all times. We reserve the right to take the site ‘off-line’ without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades.
We shall be entitled to suspend any service without notice and without liability where the advertiser has, failed to pay any fees, failed to respond to timed correspondence, used the service in an unlawful manner or failed to comply with the Agreement.

Your Responsibilities

You are the legal owner of the property you are advertising, or you have been granted authorization from the legal owner to advertise the property.
You will pay any listing fee’s before the Holiday Property is published on the website. Link backs as required will be placed accordingly.
All information supplied by you must be legal, true and must not mislead. You are responsible for insuring that all information forming part of your Holiday Property Listing is accurate and up to date.
You have the legal right to publish any photographs you supply and they do not breach copyright. You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs supplied.

You may not place any material on this website belonging to any other person other than yourself without the prior consent of the owner of said material.
You may not place any material on this website that is of a sexually explicit nature, advertising of additional services, or any material unrelated to the property being advertised.
You understand that Holiday Property Rental.com do not in anyway act as a Sales or Letting Agent. You will set your own sale or rental price for the advertised property.
You will arrange and conduct bookings for the advertised property. All negotiations and subsequent contracts between you and prospective clients will be conducted between you and any third parties excluding Holiday Property Rental.com.
You understand that Holiday Property Rental do not give any guarantees that the property you advertise on the website will ultimately be sold or let by way of the website or partner sites.
You will maintain adequate security measures to safeguard the misuse of your username and password. It is your responsibility to keep these details confidential.
You will inform Holiday Property Rental if you no longer wish to continue advertising, although removal of content cannot be guaranteed and may incur a small charge.
You will react to all email correspondence from Holiday Property Rental that requires a timed response or Holiday Property Rental reserves the right to act in accordance with the said correspondence.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a individual basis, and any time spent on your listing.
Under no circumstances will Holiday Property Rental or it’s owner’s liability exceed the value of the fee received if any.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Copyright

You confirm you own the copyright to all Property Listing content including photographs, images and descriptions supplied to Holiday Property Rental.com for the purpose of publishing on the website and you agree to grant a copyright license to Holiday Property Rental for publishing such material.
