Upcott Squire House and annex is set in 24 acres of lawns, farmlands, woods and wildlife ponds, where guests are free to roam at will.
It is situated on the side of a valley, with views of the setting sun in the west, located by a meandering stream where the spawning salmon leap in the autumn, backing onto a beautiful bluebell wood and criss crossed by animal runs and hiding extensive badger sets.
It is an ideal base for exploring Exmoor and the North Devon beaches.
The guest accommodation is in a newly refurbished farmhouse style.
It has one double bedroom with ensuite shower room and toilet. There is a comfortable fully glazed livingroom with Sky TV, DVD player, CD stereo and a double bed settee.
The open plan kitchen/ diner has an electric cooker, freezer, dishwasher and washing maachine.
One small, well behaved dog is welcome.
