Located just 15 minutes drive from Disney and within an easy drive of Orlando International Airport, this fabulous 4 bed / 2 bath home in the sub-division of Eagle Pointe in Kissimmee is the perfect base to spend your vacation.
We are proud to state that our villa is kept completely spotless by our management team who are available throughout you stay. We purchased our home in 2010 and everything in our villa is brand new. The home has a contemporary feel with the clean and uncluttered style of Scandinavian furniture There are comfortable couches in the living room with a large LCD HDTV. Patio doors lead out to the pool area and there are comfortable chairs and loungers for your relaxation. We have also converted a garage into a games room equipped with a professional pool table.
The formal dining table can accommodate 6 but there is also a kitchen table with 4 chairs in the kitchen nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern chrome appliances including stove, refrigerator, microwave, waste disposal, coffee machine, etc. All dishes, pots, pans, silverware are provided for your use. The home is also equipped with hi-speed wireless internet service and its own Apple Mac G5 computer, an upgraded cable TV package and unlimited phone calls within the continental US.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and a 32 inch LCD TV. The second double bedroom holds a queen size bed with nightstands, walk-in closet, and flat screen LCD TV. The third and fourth guest bedrooms have 2 twin beds with nightstand and walk-in closet, LED HD TV and a Xbox 360. A family bathroom serves these bedrooms.
The rear of the home is walled and the sparkling pool is a great place to relax after a hard day at the theme parks. The patio door which lead out to the pool area are alarmed, there is also a BBQ to hand
This home is the ideal location to enjoy your vacation in the Sunshine State.
Villa Description
Formal living/ dining room; this quiet and comfortable lounge provides a seating area with ceiling fans, HD Cable T.V and Blu-ray DVD player. The formal dining table seats six, there are also 2 bar stools. We have also recently purchased a New Apple Imac G5 computer so you can access the internet, check emails, Skype.
Family Room; this informal living area is open plan to the kitchen. It is the ideal spot to relax with the family, enjoy the Sony 40″ HD LCD T.V with HI Def Channels. The patio doors give an ideal view of the pool & deck area, the patio doors also have a children’s safety bar and are alarmed.
Kitchen; the informal breakfast area seats 4 plus there are 3 stool around the breakfast bar. Equipped with brand new chrome kitchen appliances, cooker, microwave, pots & pans, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, George Forman grill, blender, coffee maker. and phone.
Master bedroom; a queen size bed and a 32” LCD. Ceiling fan, cable T.V, D.V.D player. An en suite master bathroom has his/ hers vanity unit, garden tub, separate shower and w.c. There is also a large walk in closet the size of a small room!
Also there is a second family bathroom with wash basin and w.c. and shower.
Laundry room; with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
The pool area is screened. An 8ft wide lanai spans the back of the villa to provide shade with ceiling fan above. There are table and chairs so that you may enjoy a poolside snack or drink. You may prefer to sunbathe and relax on the loungers.
Guest bedroom: with full bed, ceiling fan, HD cable TV. There a further two bedrooms which are both neutrally decorated but have Disney themed linen but just in case adults wanted to stay in these rooms instead of kids there are alternative plain sheets which can be changed over on your request. Each of these bedrooms have two twin beds and closets.
